This document serves as the official Copyright Notice and Enforcement Policy of Mafa Short Film Ltd and outlines the protection afforded to all content and intellectual property within the Service.

1.2. Protected Materials
The Company asserts copyright and proprietary rights over all materials accessible via the Service (website and applications). Protected materials include, but are not limited to:
- Audiovisual Content: All films, short features, and specifically the entire continuous feed of the 24/7 Live Television Stream content.
- Platform Assets: The software, code, user interfaces (UI/UX), logos, trademarks, domain names, and all textual content on the platform.
- Licensed Rights: The proprietary rights and licenses to display all third-party films hosted on the platform.
ARTICLE 2: Restrictions and Exclusive User License
2.1. Exclusive Rights
The Company holds the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, and authorize use of all Protected Materials.
2.2. Limited User License
The access granted to you is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for personal, private, and non-commercial viewing. This license strictly prohibits any activity that violates the Company’s IPR.
2.3. Prohibited Acts (Infringement)
- Copying and Recording: Digitally copying, recording, screen-capturing, or making any permanent or temporary reproduction of the films or the Live Stream content.
- Public Performance: Displaying the content in any public venue, commercial setting, or any environment outside a private home setting.
- Distribution: Selling, reselling, renting, lending, sharing, or otherwise distributing the content to third parties.
- Data Extraction: Employing automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data or content metadata from the Service.
ARTICLE 3: Infringement Reporting and Takedown Procedure
The Company is committed to protecting its IPR and the IPR of its licensors. We adhere to a formal procedure for handling allegations of copyright infringement.

3.2. Requirements for Notice
- 1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- 3. Identification of the infringing material and its location within the Service.
- 4. Sufficient contact information for the complaining party.
- 5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
ARTICLE 4: Enforcement and Legal Remedies
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend the account of any user found to be infringing upon our copyright.
The Company shall pursue all available legal remedies under the Laws of England and Wales.
