AGREEMENT GOVERNING USE OF MAFA SHORT FILM LTD STREAMING PLATFORM

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between Mafa Short Film Ltd (UK Company Number: 11278543), Registered Office: N3 1TQ, London, UK.
ARTICLE 1: Acceptance, Capacity, and Definitions
1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Company’s streaming platform, including the website and mobile applications, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1.2. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

1.3. Service Definition

The Service encompasses all features, including the Video-on-Demand library and the unique 24/7 Live Television Stream (the "Live Stream").

ARTICLE 2: Subscription and Financial Terms
2.1. Consideration

Access to the Service is contingent upon payment of a monthly Subscription fee, payable in advance.

2.2. Auto-Renewal and Billing

The Subscription shall automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle. You authorize the Company to debit the applicable fees via your chosen payment method.

2.3. Cancellation

Subscription may be cancelled at any time via account settings. No prorated refunds shall be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.

2.4. Waiver of Statutory Rights (UK Law)

By initiating access to digital content, you acknowledge and expressly waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) pursuant to UK consumer protection regulations.

ARTICLE 3: Proprietary Rights and Use Restrictions
3.1. Ownership

All Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the platform and its content are the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

3.2. Limited License

The Service is licensed solely for Your private, non-commercial, and domestic viewing. Any public performance or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 4: Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
4.1. Service Provision (As Is)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Technical maintenance or periodic interruptions shall not constitute a breach of contract.

4.2. Limitation of Liability

The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total Subscription fees paid by You in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

ARTICLE 5: Indemnification and Jurisdiction

5.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.

5.2. Jurisdiction: The Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute.

ARTICLE 6: STORE SUBSCRIPTIONS (APPLE & GOOGLE)

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
